Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your outdoor furniture perfectly suits your space and needs.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In original condition and packaging
- Unassembled and unused
- Including all original tags and accessories
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Outdoor Folding Chairs (due to hygiene considerations)
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below
- Receive Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days
- Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method
- Processing: Allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once received
Refund Information
Once your return is processed and approved:
- Refund Timeframe: 5-10 business days to appear in your original payment method
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Exchange Process
Prefer a different item? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item using your preferred shipping method. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
